MTGs already handle your crop evacuation (left photo). But Malaysia lacks labour. Not enough manual harvesters…

Only 3 ways forward with one still only a blueprint:
1. Front-loading Lipam that simultaneously harvests & evacuates. About US$45k to handle 30+ bunches/hour.
2. A faster blueprint only: same front-loading design, recently commissioned by MPOB.
Both unfortunately waste time running to 5 or 10-ton bins to evacuate. It unnecessarily compacts the soil.
3. The cheaper / no extra compaction option: convert an existing MTG into an MTHE—a mini-tractor with a harvesting boom that both Harvests & Evacuates via an existing dumpster (8 wheels like an MTG).

🌴Just swap the MTG grabbing boom for a harvesting + evacuating boom (CAPEX US$25k; keep grabbing boom). Net CAPEX increase US$10k.
🌴 Now you harvest & evacuate 15+ hectares/day in 2x 6-hour shifts with 50% less labour. Your harvesting cost per hectare is the lowest it ever was in Malaysia.
🌴 When harvesting only confirmed-ripe bunches your oil content also rises. Hence your income…

Moving forward:
1. Select a flat-terrain estate where MTGs already operate.
2. Convert a single MTG into an MTHE by swapping the grabbing boom for a harvesting boom (photos).
3. Run a round-to-round pilot with yield, oil content, labour hours saved, & cost per hectare to validate the business case before broader deployment.
N.B.: Also in development for hilly terrain: AI robots trained to harvest ONLY verified ripe bunches, thanks to data collected by MTHEs.
No deforestation / higher income / lower cost
